AutoSherpa is an independent vehicle purchasing consultation and negotiation service.
AutoSherpa provides guidance, research, dealership communication, and negotiation assistance to help customers make informed vehicle purchasing decisions.
AutoSherpa is NOT:
AutoSherpa does not sell vehicles, prepare purchase paperwork, arrange financing, or complete transactions on behalf of customers.
All purchase agreements, financing documents, title paperwork, registration paperwork, and related documents are prepared and completed by the selling dealership or other appropriate third parties.
Depending on the customer's needs, AutoSherpa may provide services including:

AutoSherpa provides recommendations and negotiation assistance only. The customer remains solely responsible for deciding whether to purchase a vehicle and for signing all purchase-related documents.
AutoSherpa charges a flat consulting fee of $250 USD, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment is required before consultation or negotiation services begin.
The consulting fee covers AutoSherpa's professional time, research, communication, and negotiation efforts. It does not include the purchase price of any vehicle or any fees charged by third parties.

AutoSherpa works diligently to help customers obtain competitive pricing and favorable purchasing terms.
However, AutoSherpa cannot guarantee:
Vehicle inventory, pricing, and dealership policies may change without notice.
AutoSherpa does not inspect, repair, certify, or guarantee the condition, safety, or reliability of any vehicle.
Customers are strongly encouraged to have any used vehicle independently inspected by a qualified mechanic before completing a purchase.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AutoSherpa's total liability for any claim relating to its services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for those services.

AutoSherpa does not provide legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice. Customers should consult qualified professionals regarding legal, financial, insurance, or tax matters when appropriate.
